Hello, some months ago we created an archive Lotus Domino server with a scheduled archive process that works every night on users' production mail db.
Everything is fine if the users read their archives with the lotus notes client: they can correctly search old useful email, open them and forward to the colleague who needs the email and/or attachments.
The problem is when some users that only use their email via browser try to use the archive: they can search and open old documents but there is no way to forward them, making the archive consultation almost useless.

I found an IBM Technote about that:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21294665

As you can see the workaround for that is quite useless, they say to restore the documents in the main mail db and then forward them via iNotes :/
Any idea to solve the problem in a better way?

Thank you
